The villa has balconies off of the living room area and bedrooms and has fireplaces in the living room and some bedrooms. Televisions/DVDs are typically found in the living area and each bedroom. This 3 bed 3 bath unit has a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Mountains from both balconies.

The Legacy Villas is very close proximity to the La Quinta Resort & Club which offers four restaurants, a deluxe spa, numerous shops, tennis courts, and two world class golf courses (Dunes and Mountain Courses). Within a few minutes of the property, you can also find many more stores and shops at Old Town La Quinta.  A short drive away are grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s and Ralphs), tennis courts, world class golf courses, shops, casinos and many other key activities for which visitors come to the desert.
