The top floor of this house has three bedrooms that have a lot of extra room for guests! In the Master Bedroom and the Second Bedroom there are extra day beds that can sleep up to 2 extra people in each room. Each room has a plasma TV and quality linens for your use! The Master Bedroom has a balcony overlooking the ocean with spectacular views of the beach! The Master Bedroom and the Second Bedroom both have a spiral staircase leading to the roof-top deck. The Second Bedroom also has a spiral stair case that leads to a secret kid’s room! The Third Bedroom has its own bathroom and can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

The kitchen is great for cooking! There are several dining and breakfast areas to enjoy your meals as well! It is fully loaded with appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Refrigerator.

Downstairs is very open which makes it easy for entertaining family and friends while enjoying the views of the ocean from either the living room with a Plasma TV or the spacious dining area with plenty of seating. There is also a guest bedroom downstairs for extra room for the kids! This room opens up to the living room and has access to the kitchen and a bathroom.

From this location you can step to the white sandy beaches of Hermosa where you can surf, swim, snorkel, sunbathe, play volleyball, have picnics and still enjoy the comforts of the indoors.
