Legacy Villas at La Quinta is located near the beautiful five star Hilton La Quinta Resort & Club (one block away). Legacy Villas is a 24 hour guard gated community that features beautiful Spanish architecture. This in-gated community contains over 12 saltwater pools and 11 spas which includes: a family pool, adult pool, Jacuzzi and zero entry pool with children’s play area. The grounds contains 19 fountains and lush landscaping making this community feel like a resort.
The 11,000 SF clubhouse provides a large lounge and reading area, meeting rooms, internet access and a state-of-the art fitness center. Built in 2006 as part of the world famous La Quinta Resorts, this is a luxurious 1900 SQ FT single-level Legacy Villa Town Home. As you enter the property, the guest will be greeted by French decor and furniture. The kitchen is beautifully updated with granite counter tops, all KitchenAid appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker and Toaster) and plenty of cabinets for storage. The open living room has a large sectional couch with a large Polaroid flat screen T.V. The living room has a entry out to an enclosed patio with a BBQ for perfect outdoor entertainment.
There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a Vizio flat screen T.V. with his/her closets. In the Master’s bathroom, there are his/her sinks along with a Kohler tub and Kohler shower. The 2nd bedroom has its own closet with Vizio flat screen T.V. and is close to the 2nd bathroom with a Kohler shower. The 3rd bedroom has its own entry way that leads into the bedroom with a private bathroom and Kohler shower.
Besides the open layout of this property, this home has its own wash room with Whirlpool washer and dryer. In the wash room, there is a sink, cabinets (with additional linens and towels) and a counter to allow guests to easily fold their clothes after washing. Attached, is the 2-car garage available for guests to use besides the ample parking in the complex.
