This Manhattan Beach home is located on the entire second floor with two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. You and your family will not want to leave the living room/kitchen because there are full ocean views from the large, open windows. Enjoy your summer days from your private balcony with chic patio furniture. The living room is beautifully decorated with a contemporary beach decor. There are two couches (one is a queen sleeper sofa), a single leather chair with a foot rest, an internet/smart flat-screen TV with a DVD player and upgraded cable channels. There is a full dining room with additional seats at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, dish ware, towels as well as a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave with plenty of cabinet space!
There are two elegant sleeping rooms (one is a king size bed and the other is a queen size bed) each with spacious closets. They are both furnished with modern furniture and accent lamps. The two bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet) are fully upgraded with granite counter tops and new fixtures. Also conveniently located in the unit is a washer/dryer and comes with two parking spots. One spot is in a single car garage and the second spot is the driveway in front of the garage.
This home is located in a close proximity to Downtown Manhattan Beach as well as El Porto/North Manhattan area where many boutique shops, trendy restaurants, dry-cleaning shops, bars, juice stores are located. Manhattan Beach is known for its infamous pier, famous volleyball players and its gorgeous white sand beaches. Just a few miles south of LAX, Manhattan Beach is also close to neighboring cities such as Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes.
